  • The project has not yet started, and no major work has been done.
  • There’s a significant delay in project delivery from our side.
  • The final service delivered does not match the approved proposal or contract.

Non-Refundable Conditions

Since we deal in digital and customized services, some conditions are non-refundable:

  • If the project is completed or delivered successfully.
  • If delays occur due to client-side reasons, such as lack of response, incomplete content, or late feedback.
  • If the client changes project requirements or asks for extra revisions after approval.
  • If the cost of paid tools, plugins, domains, or ads has already been incurred.

Please note that once the work is approved or made live, it is considered final and non-refundable.

Refund Process

  2. Our support team will review your request within 5–7 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
    We ensure all refund decisions are communicated clearly and promptly.

Project Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a service:

  • A full refund will be issued if the project is canceled before starting.
  • If canceled after work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work already completed.
    This ensures fairness while compensating for the time and effort invested by our team.
